Happy 20th Anniversary  2005 - 2025

Applicants from public high schools are selected based on academic merit, financial need and their entrance examination scores. Successful candidates receive scholarship grants annually until completion of a 4-year college degree.   Each scholar is expected to participate in community service programs and in the annual seminar-swim camp.  Volunteering in other projects is highly encouraged.
